About the role
As a Content and Social Media Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing engaging content strategies across various digital platforms. This dynamic role offers an exciting opportunity for creative individuals with a passion for storytelling and social media to make a meaningful impact in our organization's online presence and brand identity.
Key Responsibilities
* Content Creation: Develop compelling and creative content for digital platforms, including social media, blogs, website, and email newsletters, that aligns with brand voice, messaging, and marketing objectives.

* Social Media Management: Manage social media accounts, including content planning, scheduling, posting, and engagement, to build and maintain a strong and active online community.

* Community Engagement: Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and engage with followers to foster meaningful interactions and cultivate brand advocacy.

* Content Calendar Management: Maintain an organized content calendar, scheduling posts, campaigns, and promotions in advance, and ensuring alignment with key events, holidays, and marketing initiatives.

* Content Optimization: Optimize content for search engines (SEO) and social media algorithms, using relevant keywords, hashtags, and tags to maximize reach, engagement, and visibility.

* Performance Analysis: Track and analyze key performance metrics across digital channels, including engagement, reach, and conversion rates, using analytics tools to evaluate effectiveness and inform future strategies.

* Content Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, design, and product development, to brainstorm ideas, gather input, and ensure consistency of messaging and branding across all content channels.

* Content Curation: Curate relevant and engaging content from external sources, industry influencers, and user-generated content, sharing and reposting to enhance brand credibility and provide value to followers.

* Trend Monitoring: Stay informed about emerging trends, best practices, and new features in social media and content marketing, conducting research and experimentation to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.

About you
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
* Proven experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing, with a strong portfolio showcasing creativity and storytelling skills.
* Proficiency in social media management platforms, content management systems, and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences and platforms.
* Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality and accuracy.
* Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for innovation and continuous learning in the digital marketing landscape.
