You handle sensitive conversations and interactions with our employees from our benefits programs, employee verifications, reporting, administrative system functions, and more. Data accuracy is non-negotiable and you will be our system administrator. We will rely on you to bring in your expert knowledge and help improve our people processes. Since we support our people, work can come from multiple departments. Since it is fast-paced, it is easy to lose sight of the small details, but that is where the magic is at. With ruthless prioritization, we focus on getting things done quickly and flawlessly. Of course, we are not perfect, so when mistakes are made, we step up, take responsibility, and issue meaningful apologies when we are wrong.
