The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of administrative management experience, skilled in arranging company staff travel, planning and executing various meetings and events, and have experience in cultural promotion and project management. Key Responsibilities:
- Arrange and manage all travel-related matters for company staff, including but not limited to flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Plan, organize, and execute a variety of internal and external meetings, events, and team-building projects, ensuring their smooth and efficient completion.
- Manage and coordinate the company’s cultural promotion projects, including content creation, event planning, and brand promotion.
- Perform daily administrative management duties, such as purchasing office supplies, recording meeting minutes, and managing files.
- Work collaboratively with different departments to provide administrative support and ensure smooth company operations.
- Handle emergencies, resolve incidents, and ensure all administrative activities proceed as planned.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- 3-5 years of experience in a relevant field.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines.
- Exceptional communication skills, including written and verbal communication.
- Strong coordination abilities and teamwork spirit, able to work effectively with employees across all departments and levels.
- Problem-solving skills, capable of independently addressing and resolving issues.
- High attention to detail, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and without errors.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant office software and systems.
- Experience in cultural promotion and brand promotion is preferred.
