Mindful Therapy Group is Hiring a Remote Clinical Supervisor
We have a unique opportunity for experienced Mental Health Clinical Supervisors to diversify their practice and increase their income potential.
At Mindful Therapy Group, we are dedicated to creating access to quality mental healthcare, and to training the newest generation of therapists along the way. With our Supervised Associate Program, associate therapists can bill insurance payers through their supervisor. This increases much-needed access to mental health services for patients while allowing associate therapists to build their practice while working towards full licensure.
The key to all of this is the oversight and mentorship of our Clinical Supervisors. By meeting with the associate therapist regularly and reviewing their case notes, supervisors provide quality education and ensure that patients receive the best care possible.

Responsibilities
* Maintain a supervisory caseload of at least 7-10 associate therapists while holding a small individual caseload
- Meet with each associate therapist at least twice per month. More consultation meetings can be decided upon between the supervisor and the associate
* Review and sign off on associate’s case notes in a timely and consistent manner
* Be available for questions and consultation as needed by the associate therapist
- Supervision sessions may be done in person, or via video conferencing
Qualifications
- Masters-level degree or higher in a mental health-related field
- Has held an active Colorado LCSW, LMFT, or LPC license for at least two years
- Meets all requirements of certified Colorado State licensed supervisor
Compensation
- Clinical supervisors are compensated for individual supervision sessions and for oversight, review, and signing case notes.
- Average revenue for a supervision caseload of 7-10 associate therapists: $3,000 - $5,000/month, plus compensation for individual supervision sessions.
Organizational structure
- All clinicians at Mindful Therapy Group are independent practitioners operating their private practice within our administrative framework.
- Clinical supervisors are also 1099 independent contractors. They are autonomous, set their own schedules, and determine their own rates for supervision sessions.
- Clinical supervisors will be credentialed under Mindful Therapy Group’s insurance contracts, allowing their associate therapists to bill through their credentialed status with select insurance companies.
