Job Description: As a Technical Sales Manager, you will be responsible for targeting customers in the automotive and aluminum extrusion industries. Your primary focus will be on developing and marketing broaching, aluminum extrusion sawing and machining, and CNC milling/turning services. Your key responsibilities include:

• Contacting new and existing customers to understand their needs and explaining how our products and services can meet those needs.
• Meeting annual sales targets and objectives.
• Identifying prospective customers using business directories, leads from existing clients, and attending trade shows and conferences.
• Contacting new and existing customers to understand their needs and explaining how our products and services can meet those needs.
• Meeting annual sales targets and objectives.
• Developing and implementing specific marketing strategies, sales processes, and cost controls for existing and target customers.
• Performing sales administrative duties as necessary, including working directly with engineering on quoting packages and liaising with customers on their needs.

Requirements:

• Minimum of five years of related experience in technical sales.
• Proven ability to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized individual.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills in English.
• Willingness to travel as necessary.
