Responsibilities

Millennium Corporation is hiring a Systems Administrator to work in Huntsville, AL. Candidate must be eligible to obtain a Top Secret Clearance.

The Systems Administrator will be responsible for: 

• Design, implement, and maintain advanced cybersecurity virtual labs.
• Maintain living documentation in document collaboration software.
• Support internal teams through VPN account management, User account management, and Systems/Desktop support
• Keep systems up to date with Daily/Weekly Checks of on-prem equipment.
• Maintain up to date SSL Certs across all systems.
• Nutanix platform management and patching
• HYCU backup management and ownership
• Assist with configuration and management of internal infrastructure.
• Assist in the procurement process of software and hardware products.

Qualifications

The Millennium Corporation is seeking a Systems Administrator with the following qualifications:

• Eligibility to obtain a Top Secret Clearance.
• Bachelor's degree and 5-8 years of practical experience required OR 10 years of experience with an Associate’s degree OR 14 years of relevant experience without a degree 
• Someone who is a self-starter and able to troubleshoot/learn new technologies quickly and on their own
• Experience with both Windows and Linux administration

Business Development

Assist with Business Development activities as required to support Millennium's strategic business objectives, which may include but not limited to participation in technical interviews, creation of technical documentation, general proposal writing support and proposal color reviews.

Physical Requirements

• Must be comfortable with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 10-15 pounds at a time.
