We’re looking for a personable, enthusiastic Commercial Lines Insurance Account Manager, with experience in handling construction and transportation accounts, to help take our agency to the next level. Our ideal candidate is a motivated team player who has the ability to stay focused in a fast-paced work environment. You will manage client communications, nurture important relationships, and keep track of policy details and documentation in a secured system. Compensation: $60,000 commensurate with experience - paid benefits for employee - 401(k) - vacation/sick and ESOP

Responsibilities:- Answer clients completely on policy or billing questions including explanations about their coverage or rate adjustments to ensure total understanding
- Stay up to date with industry standards, current rates, coverages, insurance products, insurance policies, and carriers by regularly speaking with our industry partners so you can help clients, underwriters, sales representatives, account executives, and the rest of our service team understand and address the latest rules and policy updates
- Help create competitive quotes when it is time to issue renewals or make updates to a current policy
- Document any policy changes on customer accounts according to NAIC regulations in our book of business and clearly communicate with customers about those updates
- In partnership with the producer, manage the account renewal from pre-renewal review until final binding of coverage
- Market new business as needed
- Develop and maintain a trusted consultative relationship with clients
- Prompt and efficient deliverables to clients and carriers
- Maintain up-to-date data in the agency management system
- Support team members as needed
- 5 years of Commercial Lines insurance experience handling all aspects of account management, with a focus on construction, transportation, and hospitality
- Strong written and verbal communication; problem-solving and follow-up skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
- Proficient in Applied EPIC
- Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty Insurance License
- Ability to work closely with producer and team members
