General Job Description: Actively and professionally, support the daily needs of Midwest Fasteners customers, sales representatives, and regional managers.
Job Responsibilities:
§ Focus on the needs of our customers
§ Answer all Midwest Fastener inquiries across multiple mediums
§ Provide accurate responses to commonly asked questions
§ Input both Midwest Fastener Orders and Returns as needed
§ Process Midwest Fastener warehouse orders on a daily basis
§ Manage daily tasks based on priority and customer satisfaction
§ Identify situations that need to be addressed and fix them
§ Consistently meet Customer Service phone monitoring standards.
§ The ability to work effectively as a team member in support of Midwest Fastener
Key Competencies:
§ Strong communication skills across phone and email mediums
§ Strong teamwork skills in supporting the Customer Service team
§ Basic understanding of the Midwest Fastener fulfillment system
§ Basic understanding of fasteners and other products we sell
Job Qualifications:
§ Previous customer service experience
§ Basic understanding of MS Outlook, MS Word and MS Excel
§ Bachelor Degree desired but not necessary
§ Bi Lingual Spanish skills a plus
