Qualifications/Requirements:
- Must be Certified or Registered.
- EMR experience.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Clinic and back office medical experience is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Record patients' vital signs, documenting physicians' notes and changes in medical conditions.
- Prep exam rooms for clinical procedures and assist practitioners with patient care.
- Monitor and document patient symptoms for physicians' review during clinical exams.
- Provide compassionate patient support and care, attention, and assistance during office visits.
- Prepare and administer medications under the direction of supervising physicians.
- Other duties as assigned.
