Key Responsibilities

As the Regional Sales Manager, you will have the exciting opportunity to:

  • Evaluate and implement sales techniques to increase sales volume and profitability in the region, successfully selling at all levels of target accounts.
  • Conduct proactive outbound sales calls and regularly visit end users within OEM industries, both virtually and in person.
  • Design and recommend sales programs and develop short and long-term sales strategies.
  • Ensure the accuracy of quotations and other details to achieve customer satisfaction and adhere to company policy.
  • Respond to phone calls and emails promptly and follow up on leads within 24 hours.
  • Communicate current and planned sales activities effectively.
  • Provide support to the marketing and customer service departments as needed.
  • Take charge of tactical sales management activities in the region.
  • Participate in margin management analysis to drive profitability.
  • Submit weekly reports in a timely manner.
