Job Description:
Mid-West Family La Crosse is on the hunt for a dynamic Marketing Project Manager to orchestrate our diverse digital marketing projects. Your role is pivotal in ensuring that our projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. You'll be the linchpin between our clients and the internal team, managing timelines, resources, and expectations with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach.
Responsibilities:
Lead the planning and implementation of project tasks from conception to completion, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
Ensure resource availability and allocation, managing any adjustments needed to meet changing needs and requirements.
Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, reporting and escalating to management as needed.
Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders, ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Perform risk management to minimize risk, establishing a trusted advisor relationship with each assigned client.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Requirements:
Degree in business, marketing, or related field.
Proven working experience in project management in the digital marketing or related sector.
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, MS Project).
Preferred:
Experience with digital marketing strategies and tactics.
Familiarity with Google Analytics and web development technologies.
