Our law firm is seeking a SPANISH/ENGLISH SPEAKING individual with law office experience. Personal injury law experience is required. The individual will be answering multi-line telephone calls, greeting customers (walk-ins and by appointment), scheduling appointments, calendaring deadlines, sorting incoming and outgoing mail, assisting the attorneys, interpreting, translating documents, setting up injury claims with the insurance carrier, filing documents with the court, preparing injury settlement statements, preparing and responding to discovery, drafting motions, photocopying, faxing, and any other matters the attorneys need assistance with.
