Downtown personal injury law firm with opening for a Legal Assistant to assist with pre-litigation personal injury cases and Mass Tort client support. Experience with case management systems or other database software a plus, as is the ability to speak Spanish. Responsibilities include:

• Direct client communication.
• Possesses outstanding communication skills and sense of empathy.
• Regular and predictable attendance and punctuality.
• Previous law office experience preferred.

• Performing other duties as assigned by Management and/or Attorneys.

• Ability to identify, prioritize, and problem solve effectively, and exercise discretion in maintaining and handling confidential client information
