Human Resources Clerk
Job Duties:
Assist the Human Resources Director and Human Resources Generalist in various administrative capacities.
Help complete reporting on a weekly and monthly basis.
Input new employees into the Evident and ADP database systems (FTE/ PT, PRN, and contract employees)
Create file folders for new employees and ensure that employee documents are filed on a frequent basis for all employees.
Provide new employee badges.
Block and schedule room reservations for meetings and orientation/onboarding.
Coordinate and provide employee uniforms to all departments at their request.
Process employment verification requests.
Update employee and physician licensures monthly.
Assist in updating any changes for employees (status changes, terminations, etc.) and work closely with the payroll department to ensure required payroll information is updated in Evident and ADP.
Assist in administering employee benefits to all eligible employees, physician credentialing, the talent acquisition and recruitment process, and assist with processing FMLA requests, Workman’s Compensation claims, and unemployment claims during other employee absences.
This position will be cross trained on all duties in the Human Resources department and other duties as assigned.
