1. The PBX Operator handles incoming calls to the switchboard and provides information and assistance for internal and outgoing calls. The PBX Operator also operates the paging system.
2. The PBX Operator is the Forms Keeper.
3. The PBX Operator maintains the copy machine and postage meter.
4. The PBX Operator routes patients, visitors, and others to appropriate areas while maintaining a positive customer relations atmosphere.
5. The PBX Operator performs supportive duties for other departments while covering the switchboard.
