    Position Overview :

    As an Inside Sales Representative at Mid-Atlantic Packaging, you will be pivotal in driving business growth and expanding our customer base nationally.

    You will promote and sell our retail packaging products and services to businesses and clients in various industries, such as apparel stores, gift shops, food and gourmet shops, etc.

    Responsibilities :

    • Sales Generation : Proactively identify potential customers, develop leads, and pursue new business opportunities. Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals set by the company.
    • Product Knowledge : Develop a comprehensive understanding of Mid-Atlantic Packaging's product line, including various retail packaging materials, designs, and solutions.

    Demonstrate the ability to articulate product features and benefits to potential clients.

    • Customer Relationships : Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with existing and prospective clients. Understand their needs, provide personalized solutions, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
    • Consultative Selling : Use a consultative sales approach to identify client needs and propose tailored retail packaging solutions that effectively meet their requirements.
    • Market Research : Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and pricing to remain competitive and better position Mid-Atlantic Packaging in the market.
    • Sales Presentations : Conduct compelling and persuasive sales presentations to showcase our products and services to potential clients.
    • Order Management : Process and manage customer orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
    • Reporting : Utilize CRM systems and other tools to track sales activities, customer interactions, and progress toward sales targets.

    Provide regular reports to the sales manager on progress, achievements, and challenges.

    • Trade Shows and Events : Promote Mid-Atlantic Packaging's products and services at industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events.
    • Collaboration : Collaborate with the sales team and other departments, such as customer service and marketing, to ensure a cohesive approach toward achieving company goals.

    Qualifications :

    • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the retail packaging industry or related field.
    • Strong negotiation and persuasive selling skills.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently.
