Overview

The Partner Manager-1 will serve as the contact for key OEM business and sales operations, to include generate revenue, customer service and develop new businessWill assist and educate the OEM and business development personnel in utilizing the MicroTech contracts and those specific rules of engagement that are followed to grow sales.Will work with the OEMs to obtain proposal information and pricing. Additionally it is imperative that the Partner Manager pledge their undivided attention to exceeding the performance requirements and Service Level Agreements (i.e. response times) required of the proposals. Partner Manager must maintain excellent communication with assigned OEMs to ensure consistent performance and growth in revenue.

Responsibilities

• Present & articulate assigned contract features and benefits to maximize sales and contract compliance with OEMS
• Analyze proposal requirements in terms of current business objectives for assigned OEMS
• Assist Product Contracts team to understand manufacturer partner channel strategies to maximize assigned contract profitability
• Assist in developing & managing OEM programs and proposals
• Engage in required regular contract business reviews with the associated OEMs

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements for a Partner Manager-1 include a bachelor's degree required and 1 year of sales and customer service experience. Additional work experience in lieu of a degree.
• Ability to obtain and maintain sales certifications for the partners they are managing
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Works well independent and in a team
• Outstanding customer service skills
