Develop a scalable and effective technical strategy to support the rhythm of the business and organizational goals. Ownership and oversight to ensure excellence in partner experience for your assigned capability or program area, ensuring key run business metrics are met, process is effective with on time and accurate execution and issue resolution, leveraging internal operations and vendor teams. Create and evaluate reports, dashboards, tabular models, and analytical insights to drive efficiency and business solutions. Articulate project goals and scope, translate business needs into technical terms, establish key performance indicators, and manage the lifecycle of dynamic projects. Produce business intelligence (BI) by querying data repositories and generating periodic reports. Devise methods for identifying data patterns and trends in available information sources. Deliver data-driven insights and measure future outcomes against business strategy, requirements, and deliverables. Create high quality business requirement documents and partner with cross functional teams regarding BI solutions. Partner with stakeholders to ensure delivery and integration of BI data, which is necessary for reporting capabilities consistent with project roadmap or strategic business plans as well as resolution of issues that may impact productivity, budget, economic, and market position. Telecommuting permitted 50% or more per week within same area as assigned MSFT office location.
The offered base pay range for this specific position (M056154142d), in Reno, NV, is $100,800 to $130,800 per year.

Individual base pay depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time.
