Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Construction Office Manager to join our team.
As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring efficient workflow. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office management, human resources, and budgeting.
Responsibilities:
- Handle certified payrolls
- Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures
- Handle employee onboarding, training, and performance evaluations
- Manage human resources functions such as payroll, benefits administration, and employee relations
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Handle budgeting and financial management tasks
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for office supplies and services
- Communicate effectively with staff at all levels
Skills:
- Proficient in QuickBooks for financial management tasks
- Strong knowledge of human resources practices and regulations
- Experience in medical office management is a plus
- Excellent clerical skills, including filing, data entry, and record keeping
- Budgeting skills to effectively manage office expenses
- Proven ability to supervise and lead a team
- Strong communication skills to interact with staff, clients, and vendors
- Effective vendor management abilities
