Our client in Oakland Count is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk. The Accounts Payable Clerk will prepare 1099 spreadsheets, handle payments to vendors, enter a/p batches and process checks, address duplicate payments, check runs, reconcilation, matching, bank deposits, handle invoices and other duties as assigned.
** Non -profit expereince is a plus **
Education/Experience:
* Minimum of High School diploma/GED desired, or equivalent combination of education and experience
* Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
* Experience with MS TEAMS and SharePoint
