* Oversee the organization's financial activities, including accounting, grants management, auditing, and internal control.
* Manage monthly and annual financial closing processes.
* Lead annual audit and tax compliance, ensuring timely completion.
* Streamline and improve accounting department processes.
* Develop and implement financial systems and processes.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements through internal controls.
* Oversee revenue management with the Development team.
* Enhance financial reporting and analytics for strategic decisions.
* Maintain and improve accounting controls and procedures.
* Lead and mentor the finance team for strong performance and continuous improvement.

Profile

• CPA required
• Experience is all aspects of Accounting
• Leadership experience, overseeing direct and indirect reports
• Extensive skills across nonprofits and familiarity with applicable forms, policies, procedures, and principles.
• MS Excel, SageIntacct
