Job Description
- Run the processes to create sales / service / contract invoicesProcess down payment invoices, maintain spreadsheet for all down paymentsProcess manual inter-company invoices, including management fee invoicesPaperwork associated with projects and dealing with contractor forms, etc.
- Receiving and processing check, ACH, credit cards, and foreign exchange payments; go to bank when necessaryCreate, update the aging report, discuss with customers on overdue itemsMonthly meetings with management on aging status and timely follow -ups-Taxes
- Update tax errors or mistakes when invoicingReporting and file all monthly / quarterly / annual sales / use tax and withholding taxBack up for Accounts Payable

The Successful Applicant
- Associate or Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience in an accounting department.
- Knowledge of current financial and accounting computer applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Competent / Well -Versed in MS Office - Excel, Word, Adobe
