Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team at the Redding Corporate Office. This position plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks and communication within the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Call Handling: Answer incoming calls and address customer service inquiries, directing them to the appropriate departments as needed.
  • Document Management: Print and organize documents for court filings, ensuring they are prepared accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Calendar Management: Maintain the company calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and other important events.
  • Email Management: Monitor and manage incoming emails, distributing them to the appropriate departments or personnel.
  • Customer Service: Provide support to clients and customers via phone and email, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues.
  • General Office Tasks: Assist in various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, photocopying, and other clerical duties as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in an administrative or office assistant role.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar office software.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
