As the Manager, Event Production and Operations you will manage the entire production process of various core or events & shows. This includes being responsible in the conception, install and strike process. In addition to managing the production process, you will be responsible for developing plans for achieving objectives, monitoring status, leading, and managing teams. You will oversee their development and provide continuous coaching and feedback. Previous event production operations and personnel management experience is required for this position.
Oversee and manage multiple productions throughout the year (projects, special events, internal administrative projects), adhering to department production process guidelines.
Create project scopes, timelines, facilitate meetings, provide job status updates and cost elements to internal and external partners.
Coordinate and assist in production installation, maintenance, strike and storage requirements with internal and external vendors for show / event set elements, props, furniture.
