We are seeking a motivated and energetic individual to join our team as an Entry Level Event Coordinator. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and grow in the event planning industry. You will work closely with our experienced event team to coordinate and execute various events, including conferences, weddings, corporate gatherings, and social celebrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and execution of various events, including conferences, weddings, corporate gatherings, and social celebrations
- Collaborate with clients to understand their event goals and objectives
- Manage event timelines, budgets, and logistics
- Coordinate and communicate with vendors and suppliers to ensure smooth event execution
- Assist in the development and implementation of event marketing strategies
- Assist in creating event materials such as invitations, signage, and programs
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Previous experience in event planning or coordination is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment
