Full time jobJob Summary: As an Entry Level Event Coordinator at Telebeez Pro, you will play a pivotal role in assisting with the planning and execution of corporate events, trade shows, and promotional activities. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about event management, detail-oriented, and eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and coordination of corporate events, including trade shows, conferences, product launches, and promotional activities.
- Support the logistics of events, including venue selection, vendor coordination, catering, audiovisual setup, and transportation arrangements.
- Assist in developing event timelines, schedules, and production plans, ensuring all deadlines are met and events run smoothly.
- Communicate with event vendors, suppliers, and contractors to negotiate contracts, obtain quotes, and confirm arrangements.
- Assist in coordinating event promotion and marketing efforts, including social media campaigns, email newsletters, and printed materials.
- Provide on-site support during events, including setup, registration, attendee assistance, and logistics coordination.
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Previous internship or coursework experience in event planning, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with team members and external partners.
