As an Event Coordinator at HealthBird, you will play a pivotal role in organizing and executing various health and wellness events. Collaborating closely with HealthBird executives, you will ensure the seamless operation of events aimed at promoting healthy lifestyles and community engagement. This position demands exceptional organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for promoting our brand. 

Responsibilities:

• Event Planning: Assist in the planning and development of events, including researching suitable venues and vendors
• On-Site Support: Provide on-site support during events, overseeing setup, registration, participant guidance, and addressing any unforeseen challenges with professionalism and efficiency
• Promotion and Outreach: Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events through various channels, including social media, email campaigns, and community partnerships, maximizing outreach and participation.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in event planning or coordination, particularly in the health and wellness sector, is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-centric approach to attendee engagement.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with event management software/tools.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and occasional travel as required by event schedules.
