```Duties```
- serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Check customers' identification and confirm legal drinking age
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible serving practices
- Handle cash transactions and operate a cash register or POS system
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries or complaints
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders for customers
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience as a server or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of sales techniques, catering practices, and hospitality industry standards
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating drink prices
- Familiarity with Aloha POS system or similar software is a plus
- Understanding of banquet operations in the food industry is beneficial
