MHC Healthcare is seeking an HRIS Specialist to join the Human Resources team at the Marana Main Health Center, located in the heart of Marana, AZ. The HRIS Specialist is responsible for the development, implementation, maintenance, administration, and security of the organization's HRIS and Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure data integrity and optimal effectiveness. MHC Healthcare is a Federally Qualified Community Health Center (FQHC), with 17 sites in Tucson and Pima County. The following qualifications are required:- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
- 3 years’ HRIS and/or LMS administration experience
- 3 years’ experience working in an HR department supporting internal customers
The following qualifications are preferred:- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, HRIP or other nationally recognized professional HR certification
- Experience working through process upgrades
- Experience working with end to end HR processes including recruitment, promotion, compensation changes, org design maintenance, position control
- Experience identifying opportunities to enhance data quality
- Experience with Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC)

Duties and Responsibilities:- Administers HRIS (Dayforce) and LMS (Cornerstone) including installation, customization, development, maintenance, and upgrades, and configures the HRIS to meet ongoing organizational needs.
- Develops and runs recurring and on demand complex data reports and summaries to support HR functions including compensation, compliance, performance management, and workforce analytics. Utilizes queries, filters macros and reports.
- Maintains integrity of the HRIS and LMS systems and data through analysis and documentation practices.
- Provides technical support, security administration, troubleshooting, and guidance to HRIS and LMS end users.
- Collaborates with HR leadership and team to identify system improvements and recommends and implements solutions.
- Analyzes work process design and flow to improve and leverage the HRIS and LMS technological capabilities.
- Coordinates and oversees system testing and upgrades and notifies affected users.
- Manages permissions, access, personalization, and other system operations and settings for HRIS and LMS users.
- Develops user procedures and guidelines and trains users on processes, functionality, and compliance.
- Serves as the representative and liaison between HR, Organizational Development and Training (ODT), IT, external vendors, and other stakeholders for HRIS or LMS design and implementation projects.
- Ensures system compliance with data security, privacy requirements, and applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
- Maintains knowledge of trends and developments in HRIS and LMS providers, vendors, and technology.
