SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE
The Territory Sales Representative serves as the point of contact between MGM and its prospective and existing customers displaying a range of responsibilities including identifying and educating prospective and new customers while supporting and growing existing customers with information and assistance relating to MGM products and services.

Ø Knowledge of company products and services
Ø Qualify opportunities, recommend solutions and build customer relationships
Ø Monitor and report on market and competitive activities
Ø Phone and face to face sales calls follow ups
Ø Analyze territory sales performance reports and develop strategic plans to support growth
Ø Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending trade shows and sales meetings
Ø Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as monthly and annual territory analyses.
Ø Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
TECHNICAL SKILLS OR CERTIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Ø Work independently with limited training and supervision
Ø Solid computer skills and time management/prioritization skills
Ø Strong oral and written presentation skills
Ø Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
EDUCATION
Ø Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience.
Ø Will consider applicants with high school level education with building materials experience
Specialist areas of experience preferred:
Ø Minimum two years of sales or service experience
