Meyer Najem is seeking an experienced and self-driven Director of Development with a strong background in pre-construction, underwriting, and all financial aspects of development. The ideal candidate will be experienced in a development manager or director role, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of the development process. This individual is ready to take the next step in their career, operating with minimal direction, and has a proven track record in the industry.

Position Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire development process, from pre-construction to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and execute strategic development plans.
• Conduct thorough preconstruction and underwriting analyses to assess project feasibility.
• Oversee financial aspects, including budgeting, cost estimation, and financial modeling.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of pre-construction, underwriting, and financial aspects of development.
• Proven ability to operate with minimal direction and take initiative in decision-making.
• Previous experience in a development company
