As a Program Manager , you'll be responsible for overseeing a program focused on the migration of various applications and portfolio applications from their current environments to AWS, Azure, OCI, and GCP cloud platforms hosted in FedRAMP and FedRAMP environments, with the goal to make an impact across the federal government. You will be leading a cross-functional team and collaborating with stakeholders across different departments and external vendors to ensure a smooth and efficient migration process.

What you'll do:

• Develop and execute a migration plan for multiple applications, taking into consideration technical requirements, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
• Establish clear project goals and communicate them to the project team and stakeholders.
• Work closely with the application owners, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure all migration requirements are met, and any issues are resolved quickly.
• Develop and manage the project budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively.
• Lead and manage the project team, providing guidance, support, and feedback as needed.
• Ensure that all project deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to the required level of quality.
• Manage project risks and issues, identifying potential obstacles, and developing contingency plans as necessary.
• Develop and maintain a project communication plan to keep stakeholders informed of project progress and any issues that arise.
• Ensure that all project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date.
• Monitor project performance against established metrics and report progress to senior management.

What you'll need to succeed:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing large-scale application migration projects.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies, such as Agile, Waterfall, and DevOps.
• Familiarity with cloud migration, infrastructure, and security concepts on major Cloud Service Providers (Amazon Web Services, Azure, Google Cloud Services, Oracle Cloud).
• Experience with project management tools, such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
• Minimal Project Management Professional (PFP) certification.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and equivalent years of experience.
• Active DoD Secret security clearance OR ability to obtain.
