Position Overview
The Metro Corp Manager, Partnership Marketing is a mid-level marketing professional who will create, implement, and manage external corporate partnerships that enhance the customer experience, provide a significant value to our most loyal customers, and extend customer lifetime value. This role reports directly to the Director, Audience Development, and is responsible for the following:
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of Marketing/Promotion/Partnership or loyalty background – direct experience in campaign/project creation and execution
- Proven success building and maintaining productive partner relationships
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Project management and organizational skills
- Ability to travel as needed to manage/execute campaigns
- Ability to manage multiple projects at any given time
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
Preferred:
- HubSpot or comparable ESP knowledge
- Bachelor’s degree
Responsibilities/Duties
- Identify, pursue, create, and execute new, innovative external business partnerships and opportunities such as member discounts, virtual events, and experiences, with the goal of driving new revenue, generating promotional exposure, and enhancing the member experience
- Maintain ongoing relationships and communications with identified partners to develop initiatives that are mutually beneficial in driving Metro Corp priorities as well as partner priorities
- Manage campaign execution from start to finish by aligning all involved parties
- Deliver upon goals and metrics as set-forth by Director of Audience
- Manage partnership activation and participation in company events such as Best of, Wine Festival, Whiskey Festival, Taste and Philly Cooks.
- Integrate necessary internal department participation into campaign execution – Marketing, Events Marketing, Sales, Creative, Digital, etc.
- Work closely with Metro Corp Business Manager to manage legal contracts pertaining to marketing/promotional campaigns
- Create and manage budgets for projects
- Work and brainstorm with Sales, Marketing, and Events teams to develop new ideas and opportunities for Metro Corp partnerships
- Develop assets for meetings and pitches in a timely manner including but not limited to pitch-decks, one-sheets and presentations
- Continually evaluate competitors and industry trends
