• 1 years of experience in related position
• Valid Life & Health and Property & Casualty licenses, or the ability to obtain Life & Health within three months of hire, and Property & Casualty within six months of hire
• Stellar customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills—including public speaking, negotiating, influencing, and networking savvy
• Keen financial acumen and attention to detail, particularly concerning product earnings
• High School Diploma

• 1 years’ experience in insurance sales and/or after-sales service—with a proven track record of success
• Bachelor's Degree
• Successful completion of the Group Benefit’s sales trainee program or experience on a Group Benefits sales desk.

The base salary wage range for applicants for this position is 50,000. This role is also eligible for incentive compensation.
