meter is Hiring a Revenue Operations Lead Near San Francisco, CA

Our long-term ambition is to evolve internet infrastructure into a turnkey utility.

About the role

As Meter’s first Revenue Operations hire, you’ll be expected to design and create the tools, processes and culture of our Revenue Operations, enabling us to efficiently manage our growth. You will work closely with leaders across Sales, Partnerships, Marketing, Operations & Finance, with significant exposure to our CEO.

You will have an impact by

  • Building a GTM tech stack that enables Meter to plan, execute and analyze our investments and activities to help achieve our goals across Marketing, Sales, Partnerships and Customer Success
  • Embracing our goals of building a vertically integrated modern utility to serve a fragmented industry, and the associated integration of our data and insights to effectively enable our growth
  • Creating and managing an operating cadence that efficiently collects inputs and synthesizes outputs to review and adjust our operating plans and strategy

  • Have experience implementing changes in a CRM (we use Salesforce) and integrating adjacent tooling
  • Are an excellent communicator (the ability to write well is especially important at Meter)

The estimated pay ranges for this role are as follows

  • $130K - $198K
  • Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Meter's equity plan

The salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this job in the US. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors such as your skills, qualifications and experience.
