We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a wide range of HR services, including recruitment, onboarding, training and development, employee relations, and compliance. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a strong understanding of HR policies and procedures. We are looking for someone who is passionate about helping our organization succeed and is committed to creating a positive work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the organization's policies and procedures.
• Administer employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
• Manage recruitment and onboarding processes for new hires.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Maintain employee records in accordance with company policy and legal requirements.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.
• Assist in the development of training programs for staff members.
