Vendor Change Management Program Manager Responsibilities:

• Coordinate planning and execution for multiple small to large-scale Vendor Change Management projects in support of our product and operations partners
• Facilitate discussion and coordination among operational stakeholders across the company to manage all existing resources in the most effective way
• Communicate prioritization and trade-off operational decisions to the broader cross-functional team to drive consensus and ensure that those decisions are properly implemented
• Accountable for project progress, flagging when projects or deadlines are in jeopardy, while maintaining respectful relationships in difficult or stressful situations
• Manage Meta's cross-functional operational efforts and advocate for our Vendor Partners, working with engineering, policy, training, and other operational teams to ensure the smooth rollout of changes
• Manage dynamic and growing requirements with limited guidance and prioritize competing needs with sound reasoning and creative solutions
• Focus on continual process improvement by scoping tool improvements, utilizing data analytics to improve key performance metrics, and partnering with crossfunctional teams to optimise outcomes
• Responsible for using basic SQL queries to retrieve data and conduct analysis to support data-driven decision making processes
• Ability for approximately 10% international travel

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in Project Management, Consulting, Process Optimization, Supply Chain Logistics or Operations Management
• 5 years of experience initiating and driving projects to completion independently, with minimal guidance
• Effective communication skills with the experience to drive consensus when necessary
• Experience in problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, and organizational initiatives
• Experience operating in a fast-paced environment under high pressure, prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• 7 years of experience working in analytical activities within Excel or data managing software systems to drive business decisions and strategy
• Bachelor's degree in political science, policy, law, marketing, comms, computer science or related field
• Experience in building or managing global partnerships and programs across multiple functional areas in a fast-paced environment
