About the role

Millions of people love Miro — they're super fans who express their passion by sharing templates, ideas, and workflows every day. We're looking for a Community Program Management Lead who will be responsible for managing large-scale community events and campaigns we deliver to these Miro fans and help us grow our community.

Every day, you'll manage the delivery of community programs on time and on budget. You'll work cross-functionally across community, creative, lifecycle, product marketing teams, and others — all with the goal of empowering and delighting our community at the center of your work. Your success will be measured by successful program delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.

In this role, you'll be a crucial part of fostering a strong relationship with Miro's most engaged users and growing the programming we offer them. Experimentation, agility, and a solution-oriented mindset are important to your success.

What you'll do

You'll do well in this role if you can:

  • Own the successful delivery of community events and campaigns that activate on Miro owned channels, including our community forum, social media, and in person
  • Manage timelines, resources, and priorities to ensure programs are delivered on time and within budget
  • Own a community program calendar across quarters that clearly communicates our largest commitments required timelines and milestones
  • Design processes and playbooks to bring repeatability and scale to our programs
  • Manage vendor relationships and timelines to ensure alignment and proper resourcing
  • Set and manage stakeholder and approver expectations to keep programs progressing through milestones
  • Report on program progress, blockers, and resource needs
  • Identify risks and opportunities, propose solutions, and execute on the work as part of the team

What you'll need

  • 5 years of marketing production or program management experience
  • A proven track record of scaling campaigns and processes
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders to secure approvals and feedback
  • Experience managing global campaign calendars and resourcing across time zones and functions
  • Ability to clearly communicate and manage up across internal channels to manage expectations and calendars
  • Proficiency with project management tools; we most frequently use Slack, Confluence, and Asana
  • Be an entrepreneur at heart: you are a self starter and independent thinker!
  • Take ownership of program schedules, dependencies, and solutions

  • Proactivity in driving opportunities for experiments and optimization
