The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• Experience handling all phases of general liability, complex commercial and litigation matters, primarily focused on defense cases.

• Extensive experience in all phases of discovery including written discovery, depositions of parties, and experts.
• Ability to prioritize while meeting all deadlines and demonstrating a high level of reliability and efficiency.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong ethics, attention to detail, be highly organized and have impeccable communication skills.
• Proven ability to foster strong relationships with potential clients while maintaining excellent services for existing clients.

Requirements:

• Two to six years’ experience.
• Trial experience.

• Superior analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional writing, research, and litigation skills.
• Strong work ethic, ability to self-manage and work in a team environment.
• Licensed to practice law in Oregon and Washington.
