What You Will Be Doing
- Represent clients in civil and commercial litigation matters
- Handle all aspects of the litigation process, from initial client consultation to trial and appeal
- Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings, motions, and trials
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and third parties to negotiate settlements and resolve disputes
- Attend depositions, mediations, and other legal proceedings on behalf of clients
What You Need for this Position
- 5 years of experience in a litigation role
- Experience in HOA law, real estate, contract drafting, litigation, and insurance coverage and analysis
- JD Degree from an accredited university
- Located in or around Portland
