Southwest Portland Law Group is seeking a civil litigator to join our thriving practice. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and advocacy skills as well as experience in all aspects of the litigation process in Oregon state and federal court, from case intake through trial.
Our attorneys and staff handle a range of interesting and challenging cases, including business disputes, real estate and property disputes, probate and trust litigation, landlord/tenant cases, and community association disputes, among other areas. This is a great opportunity for an attorney with at least three years of experience in civil litigation looking to hit the ground running with a full caseload while developing their trial skills in a collaborative and fast-paced small firm with an excellent reputation in the legal community.
Competitive salary, including uncapped bonus potential. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, retirement plan matching up to 4%, bar dues, CLE costs, and PLF premiums. Work-life balance is prioritized with flexible hours, 13 paid holidays, and a billable requirement of 1,080 hours/year. This is a remote or hybrid position, with some in-person meetings and courtroom appearances required. The firm provides technology and office supplies for remote work.
