Meri Meri is an award-winning international product design company with its main distribution center in Reno, Nevada.
We are looking for a dynamic, motivated and outgoing individual to join our small, dedicated and friendly team as a Customer Service Representative. Position is a minimum of three days in person, Mondays through Fridays 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
Responsibilities –
· Managing incoming calls and emails
· Data entry
· Handling wholesale and retail queries
· Capturing new customer leads and forwarding necessary information to our sales team
· Processing returns and issuing credits
· Assist with Billing/Accounts Receivable
· Build strong relationships with our customers to provide the best customer service experience possible
· Special projects
Job Requirements –
· Experience in a customer service or client facing role a plus
· Excellent organization and communication skills
· Good attention to detail with strong follow through
· Strong time management and prioritisation skills
· Enjoying being part of a team, as well as having the drive to work on your own initiative
· Experience with Netsuite desirable but not required
· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel and Word)
· Bi-lingual Spanish is a plus but not required
· Positive energy and attitude
We offer a generous benefit package including 10 paid holidays, 401K, medical, dental & paid time off. Hourly wage is negotiable and commensurate with experience.
