Responsibilities:
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Serve as MyLearning and documentation (e.g. MEDS) administrator
• Receptionist duties to register and greet R&D visitors
• Archive co-attendant
• Operation and basic troubleshooting for office equipment such as copiers, printers, teleconference/video equipment, shredders, and scanners
• Maintain stationery and lunchroom supplies
• UPS campus ship administrator
• Responsible for mail distribution and collection
• Assist staff with expense report preparation and other routine financial disbursement
• Assist staff with Purchase Orders, invoicing, and ARIBA troubleshooting
• Assist staff with regular travel arrangements
• Write or answer routine correspondence as directed; e.g. form letters with mail merge
• Maintain daily calendars and schedule internal and external meetings with teleconferencing or video conferencing.
• Maintain databases for general and department-specific applications
• Use company approved programs to order supplies, prepare routine disbursements, and follow up on invoices
• Maintains basic knowledge of Company policies and practices
• Assist with special projects and other duties as needed
