Job Summary:

The Administrative Assistant will provide a wide variety of administrative tasks to support the tax team in servicing tax clients.

Essential Job Functions for the Administrative Assistant will include:

  • Providing administrative and office support activities for the tax team.
  • Answering telephone calls and providing a concierge level approach to service and route to appropriate party.
  • Greeting and directing visitors in a pleasant and courteous manner.
  • Supporting the office with tasks including scheduling, data entry, creating letters and other deliverables, scanning, filing, preparing and running reports, and managing paperwork.
  • Following up with other departments as needed.
  • Other duties as needed.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Experience providing administrative support. Minimum 3 years preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to interact professionally and personably
  • Experience working with high-level, busy professionals in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for providing exceptional client service
  • Ability to follow instructions and execute tasks with accuracy
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Salesforce Knowledge is a plus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be flexible and confidential with all matters

Work Schedule: Flexible Schedule - Monday through Friday, 8:00AM to 5:00PM

Working Conditions: Professional office environment, working inside, sitting, and standing, will be assigned to a work station.
