WHAT WOULD YOU DO AS A HELP DESK MANAGER

You will oversee the bank's IT Technicians, ensuring exceptional technical support services. You will manage and prioritize help desk support tickets, monitor technician performance, and build strong cross-functional relationships. Your role will involve purchasing and tracking inventory, managing recruitment and training programs, and maintaining new employee IT onboarding processes. Proactively identifying and addressing issues, acting as a liaison between the Help Desk and Infrastructure staff, and managing vendor relationships for various systems will be key responsibilities. WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
