Position Overview: We are looking for an Office Coordinator who will be responsible for overseeing and executing various administrative and clerical tasks to ensure the efficient operation of our office. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
  • Assist with travel arrangements and accommodations for staff as required.
  • Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Handle general office maintenance and troubleshooting of office equipment.
  • Collaborate with various departments to support their administrative needs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all work activities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Previous experience in customer service or office coordination is a plus.
