We are a mechanical / plumbing construction company that has a good reputation in the industry and are continuing to grow. We specialize in mid-rise and high-rise projects with an emphasis on VRV / VRF mechanical systems with TEAL or boiler domestic water plumbing systems. 75% of all new projects are with repeat clients that we have strong relationships with.
This highly visible role will have responsibility for driving profitability, quality and ultimately, project success. The Project Manager will have control over materials, manpower, schedule and budget for one or more projects with total annual revenues averaging between $10M and $15M.
This position will office in the Austin area but will require minimal amounts of travel for annual meetings, conferences, etc.
Previous experience in high rises, high-end hotels, senior living, assisted living, or other similar project types is required. Proficiency with isometrics, material take offs, gantt charting, material and labor allocation techniques along with the typical computer software packages is required. Strong plumbing skills for undergrounds, rough ins, top-outs, DWV, finish; including cast iron, PVC, copper, PEX, within boiler systems, TEAL systems and stand alone hot water systems is also required.

Minimum Requirements:
7 years experience in Plumbing
5 years in Project Management
High Rise experience required
Extensive commercial plumbing knowledge
Excellent communication skills
