Responsibilities: - Plan and execute projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards - Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders - Develop project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and task assignments - Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion - Coordinate and communicate with team members, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met - Conduct regular project meetings to provide updates, gather feedback, and address any issues or concerns - Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle - Manage project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and change requests Experience: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management - Strong negotiation skills to effectively manage client expectations and resolve conflicts - Experience with project management systems such as Basecamp or similar tools - Proficient in meeting facilitation techniques to drive collaboration and decision-making - Familiarity with Agile methodologies for project management - Demonstrated leadership skills in leading cross-functional teams - Experience in IT project management is preferred - Ability to supervise and mentor team members to ensure successful project outcomes - Proficient in data collection and analysis to inform decision-making We offer competitive compensation packages and opportunities for professional growth.
