As the MDO Holdings Field Marketing Specialist, you’ll be the marketing liaison for our in-club teams across North Carolina. You will be a champion for O2 Fitness, Renew Wellness, and Loop Nutrition while connecting the community with our brands through events, club visits, partnerships, and other marketing opportunities. Success in this role will be defined by a set of KPIs focusing on leads generated, deals closed, quality of events, partnerships/sponsorships, campaigns, and more.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Organize and execute in-club and community marketing events (including, but not limited to: grand openings, pop-up classes, health fairs, personal training workshops, etc.)

  • Event scheduling (date/time)

  • Vendor coordination/scheduling

  • Giveaways, handouts, and swag

  • Sales coordination

  • Graphics coordination

  • Coverage through owned marketing channels - social, email, and ads

• Coordinate company-wide marketing initiatives at the club level, including distribution of materials, training team members, and gathering feedback.

• Communicate coordinate with the Home Office Marketing Team about opportunities to strengthen in-club marketing and outreach.

• Develop and execute playbooks with creative marketing strategies, events, and campaigns for in-club and community-based activations.

• Research and understand local markets to identify unique marketing opportunities.

• Manage trade partnerships, including enrollment and upkeep of trade membership agreements.

• Assist the Content Manager and the Creative team in the brainstorming & creating content with the in-club teams

Requirements

• Positive attitude and a customer-service mindset.

• Polished personal social presence.

• Experience with event planning and marketing.

• Valid driver’s license and transportation to be used for position. Mileage stipend provided.

• Flexibility to travel and work nights and weekends as event schedules dictate.

  • Majority of travel is single-day and is all within North & South Carolina.
