RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor attendance for operational personnel.
• Monitor facility call-in line and communicate to leaders who need to know.
• Participate in plant security monitoring as needed.
• Assist with monitoring and restocking plant first aid kits.
• Prepare labels for production lines.
• Print and organize instruction manuals for Production.
• Assist HR with missing punches, issuing employee badges, etc.
• Participate in the onboarding process for new Direct Hires and Temp Labor.
• Greet visitors and contact varied department heads to determine if the visit is authorized.
• Ensure that all written and verbal employee queries are handled with utmost confidentiality.
• All other duties as assigned.

WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• 1 year of manufacturing office experience.
• Some college preferred.
• High School or GED required
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) Preferred.

ABILITIES REQUIRED

• Dependable with good attendance.
• Effective reading and math comprehension.
• Experience in data collection, entry, and reporting with great attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Computer savvy with working knowledge of relevant Payroll/HR software. (e.g. Paycom)
• Intermediate experience with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities.
• Standing/walking for a minimum of 4 hours per day.
• Sitting in an office for a minimum of 4 hours per day.
• Must be bilingual (Spanish and English).
• Ability to use language translation software a plus.
• Constantly works in a warehouse without climate control.
